Currently, we are using ArcGIS monitor to evaluate the health and also the status of our services. As we tune and adjust resource allocations it would be helpful to have a way to look at the metrics of not necessarily how a portal item is responding but how frequently it is viewed. As we are moving towards converting our webApp Builder application to Experience we want to a quick way to prioritize by views but also have the metrics to confirm and monitor adoption rates with a new application to ensure that our user base has the tools to continue there workflows.
