Add Metric Name to Notification - Events condition list

It would be great to have Metric Name in the Notification - Events condition list. Currently you have only Metric ID option.

For example, that would be good if I want to receive notifications only when Connectivity is lost for any of my monitored components.

I also agree that this needs to be implemented! It is very cumbersome to have to filter by ID instead of name. Also, being able to filter the notification by Type would be extremely helpful, such as Response Time Max or Avg.
