Would it be possible to have access to the arcgisdatastore.exe process for ArcGIS Monitor 2023 and beyond? It's helpful for TileCache Data Store types. Although there is not a lot to monitor in the tile cache store, I have had the process not re-start after some restarts and/or windows updates. Having access to this process can at least tell us if our 3D scene layers are up and running . . .
