Hello Team, is there a way to configure multiple alert rules for a single metric (process instances - arcsoc.exe) in ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 version. I am trying to configure alerts for the below 2 scenarios but unfortunately it allows me to configure only one:

1) Raise alert if ArcSOC.exe process count is above a certain higher threshold.

2) Raise alert if ArcSOC.exe process count goes below a certain lower threshold.

Scenario 1 is useful in cases where ArcSOC.exe processes are at a higher number which calls for increasing the memory on the required servers / reduce load on the system.

Scenario 2 is useful in cases where ArcSOC.exe processes fail to run because of server service issue related to incorrect restart of the server or issues during recycling times etc.

Hope the information is helpful in understanding the problem I am trying to solve.

Hi @Shawn_NG,

This is not possible at the current release of ArcGIS Monitor but it is a valid feature request. I have moved this thread to ArcGIS Monitor Ideas so other users can upvote it.

Yes, I would love for this to be possible. An example use case for me is that I currently use a combination of memory utilisation and memory used metrics to track above+below thresholds to capture memory saturation or docker desktop crashes on notebook server. It would be more clean to configure multiple alert thresholds on a single metric

Thanks @GeoJosh for considering the request. Any trick to achieve both scenarios using different processes. I am working on something but thought if you have any suggestions.
