After setting up ArcGIS Mission 10.8.1 in an offline environment, I tried to create a new mission.
However, when the application attempts to "Creating Map for Visualization...", I get the following error message "Mission creation failed. Click Retry to attempt again. Click No to view the Missions List". Clicking “Retry” only gives the same error.

Has anyone encountered something similar? If yes, how did you resolve it?
Not sure if its related, but we're using Azure VMs.
