With the latest release of ArcGIS for Maritime: Charting new geoprocessing tools have been added to the Validation toolset that will allow you to read validation log files created by Esri, 7Cs, or dKart, validate S-57 ENC cells against the S-58 validation standard and automate the process of generating an S-57 file.
