"Import from file" cannot be selected

About the ArcGIS Maps Map board.

The characters overlap and cannot be imported from the file.

I tried it with Illustrator 2023 and 2024, but the result was the same.

Very bizarre issue! What version of the extension are you running? If you have not yet updated to version 3.6, I would recommend trying that and seeing if the interface issue is resolved. @-_-  thanks for getting back to me. Is there any chance that your machine's operating system is running in a language other than english?

Yes. I am using the Japanese version of both the OS and Illustrator. Is this plugin only for the English version?
