Roads from Business Analyst Pro basemap layers not exporting correctly

I'm using the basemap layers that come with the desktop installation of Business Analyst Pro. When I export my map as an AIX file and open it in Adobe Illustrator, the roads aren't displaying correctly. The bottom stroke for roads is arranged so that it is above the top stroke. This means I have to rearrange all the road layers in my Illustrator document and move the bottom stroke layers below the top stroke layers.

This started happening with version 3.4 of the plugin and is still happening with version 3.5. Is anyone else having issues with road layers exporting incorrectly?

Hi there @TWChi,

This sounds awfully inconvenient! Any chance you can share the basemap you're using or a sample AIX that the team can take a look at? We'd appreciate it!

Hi Anna,

Thanks for replying. I've attached a screenshot of what the roads look like in ArcGIS Pro and I've attached the AIX file of the output. Hopefully you'll be able to see that the top stroke of roads is in a layer that is below the bottom stroke meaning you can't see the top stroke without rearranging the layers.

The basemap I'm using is the basemap that comes with the installation of Business Analyst Pro. It's the same basemap that was used in Business Analyst for Desktop/Arcmap. Not sure if you'll be able to open the basemap layer I've attached since it might be tied to my Business Analyst license.

Hi @TWChi, can you try updating your version of Maps for Adobe to version 3.6? This is our newest release that came out a week ago. You can find info on it here https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-maps-for-adobe-creative-cloud-blog/now-available-arcgis-maps-fo...

Curious to see if that helps. Let me know if that works!

Sorry, it took a while for our IT Dept to update the plugin to 3.6. We've installed the update but unfortunately it hasn't fixed the issue.
