Has anyone had this problem where a layout with an esri basemap is exported from Pro and brought into Illustrator with what looks like overlapping tiles or gridlines? I narrowed it down to the layer in the basemap (National Geographic Style) called "Land/Not Ice/SemiT." If I turn that off, the grids go away. When I export from Pro as a pdf and open in Illustrator, the grids are not there.

Thank you for bringing to the attention of the web app builder workflow. The fix covers that path as well. The fix addresses the AIX processing from the Maps for Adobe app and applies to any AIX file from the ArcGIS System (desktop/Online/Enterprise/web apps). FYI. this potential fix does not modify the overlapping geometries from the vector tile layer. Instead, it addresses the overlapping appearance/opacity of the target layers and achieves WYSIWYG.
