ArcGIS Maps for Adobe CC Patch v1.5.1 is now available

We recently released a patch for ArcGIS Maps for Adobe CC v 1.5 that fixes an issue with ArcGIS Online enterprise logins. If you've experienced issues signing in with an enterprise login provided to you by your company or university, then we recommend upgrading to v1.5.1 to install this patch. The update is available now on the Esri website and on Adobe Exchange.

Note: You can find the Maps for Adobe version number at the bottom of the sign-in and help windows. (To open the help window, click the menu button  and choose Help.)

This patch addresses the following issues:

- Extension doesn't load after signing in with an ArcGIS Online enterprise login

- Mapboards window appears blank after signing in

- Supported versions of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop aren't detected during installation

Which version of ArcGIS Pro do you have to have to use this extension/patch?

This patch is for ArcGIS Maps for Adobe extension and not ArcGIS Pro. Let me know if you have further questions.

Sorry, should have worded my question better. What version of ArcGIS Pro is compatible with ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud v 1.5.1?

For instance, in Spring 2019, we were told a new version of the ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud was coming, but you had to have ArcGIS Pro v2.4 for it to work. I'm just trying to determine if we need to wait until ArcGIS Pro v2.5 hits in order to be able to use this new version of ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud extension.

Hello Dalinda,

Sorry for the confusion. Our current release of ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud v 1.5.1 is not tied to ArcGIS Pro. It works with ArcGIS Online as our previous releases to bring maps/layers/data into Illustrator/Photoshop. We do work on a new Beta version which will come soon. The Beta version allows maps exported from ArcGIS Pro to be consumed by Adobe Illustrator. Stay tuned.
