If you are using the Navigable Waterways layer I could use some help.
I have been able to get the layer to run using the URL
Navigable Waterways - NTAD/waterwayhttp://rithqnwws019.rita.dot.gov/ArcGIS/rest/services/NTAD/waterway/MapServer/0
I have also downloaded the CSV file and the shape file for Navigable Waterways and imported both to ArcGIS Online.
Now comes the problem. With either of those files when I tell ArcGIS to run in a new Map, the map comes up but the data in the files never appears on the screen,
Does anyone have a suggestion on what I need to do to get the CSV file or the Shape File to display the Waterways?
