When exporting a mapbook to a single pdf with multiple pages I want to include the features as layers. This works perfectly, only I wish it was possible to have a single layer manager (example_2), now it looks like example_1. Does anyone know if this is possible?
We want to use the pdf's for multiple uses and we don't people having to click on every page to exclude the same layer.
