Problem with Landsat raster function template

Hello,

I am trying to follow the steps on the blog entry on mapping urban heat islands. When I try to select the Landsat Level-2 SIUHI - Part 1 of 3 - Data Aggregation raster function template (Step #4) , it gives the following error:

I'm having the same issue (or similar) when trying to run this process, and I do have the Professional Plus license. The error message I get is: 

RA_120306: Cause of failure: Cannot process above the size limits of the image service: 'LandsatC2L2'. The allowed maximum number of rows and columns is 4000 and 4000 respectively. Please adjust the output extent and/or cellsize to fit within the limits.

I regularly get an error like this when I try to work with rasters in AGOL. Any ideas on why this is? Any ideas for a fix? Even when I reduce the area of interest significantly (to only several rows and columns), I still get this error.

I notice when I click Estimate Credits before running this process, it says 1.47. Could it be an issue that I don't have the required credits as part of my organizational license?
