Hi, happy to be here and I came as I didn't know where else to ask: Does anyone have a contact to the people making the "Living Atlas"? We are using one specific map always (Armed Conflict), but it is not working any more for some days. Many thanks! Yours, Chris

P.S.: This is the map: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?webmap=22b950efb1cc4a37bee35a714293700c - it used to show conflicts all over the world and  is now only showing conflicts in the US.

I'm checking into it with the team now..

The source service from ACLED used in that map has not been accessible in Living Atlas due to a change in ACLED's terms of access. This impacts all ACLED-sourced Living Atlas items:

https://livingatlas.arcgis.com/en/browse/?q=acled#d=2&q=acled

Living Atlas members are working through the process of re-establishing availability. At this point it is uncertain when, or if, those will be brought back online again.

Thanks, so we know why. Our problem: We show this map in a museum. If it is down for a week or so, we can live with that, but if the map would never again work, we should know. Is there any emailcontact I could have to one of the Living Atlas people?

Thanks for your understanding. We're trying hard to get services reconnected and are hopeful that we can. The map you are using consumes two core ACLED services owned by "AidDevService." Click the item owner, and you will see the contact information:

That's who I connected with to understand the issue and Adam is directly seeking the resolution with ACLED. He's expecting to reach a decision/resolution within a week-ish.

Wow, many thanks! I wait 2-3 days and then would write him. Our museum has 20 datasets, so we sustain, but the conflict map was always a favourite for them. See the setup in the (little) museum: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=kpPizGTjgTN. Thanks again!

Thanks so much for sharing the Matterport of the museum display. It looks amazing.
