We have several webmapping applications based on the Configurable Map Viewer. When we reset these from JS API 3.13compact to 3.16 compact the this.mapRightClickMenu stopped working- the object exists but right-click just opens the default CHrome context

Map's rightclick menu opens correctly with <script type="text/javascript" src="//js.arcgis.com/3.13compact/"></script>, but does not appear when same app is reset to /3.16compact.
