Everytime we deploy an update we receive a barrage of calls that our site is broken. Usually instructing a user to clear their cache fixes the issue, although in ie8+ it doesn't always seem to do the trick.
Can someone please enlighten me on what I need to do to fix this problem?
User responses in the past:
1. I don't know how to clear my cache (i can handle this)
2. I can't clear my cache because I will lose saved settings (annoying but i can handle this as well)
3. Administrative policy prevents me from clearing my cache. (don't know how to get around this).
WE do a rapid deployment schedule. This is becoming a major issue.
