User Based Map Config

Hello All,

I am wondering if anyone has implemented a user interface that will allow the user to login for a Server token, and return a map configured (layers, widgets, surround, etc) for that user based on the username or group they belong to. If you have done this was it with Dojo or did you need to involve another framework?
