Is there anyway to control how overlaying tiles are blending together on the end users screen? For example: When a 100% white tile from "Tiled Map Service A" is over/on top of a "Bing Imagery Basemap" the bing tile will still show through but without color. This would essentially be a saturation mask. (I think most computers should be able to handle the raster math processing client side...)
