Anyone else having issues with the hosted APIs this morning? http://serverapi.arcgisonline.com/

Yes, I can't load the javascript API 3.6 though CDN. I tested my app this morning at 6 am and everything was fine, but by 9 am it stopped working again. Just tried to use a sample on the ESRI website and can't get any run.
