Today some of the sample servers are returning error messages, eg

http://sampleserver3.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Fire/Sheep/MapServer says:

Fire/Sheep (MapServer)
Service 'Fire/Sheep' of type 'MapServer' does not exist or is inaccessible.

Time for a reboot?
