   It looks like your url to your proxy is incorrect. The url is not resolving.

thank you repply, i used proxy secure services cached, but i config proxy incorrect. how to config proxy ?

iis server and my GIS server on the same machine

please tell me how to configure the proxy file using ArcGIS tokens? and how to fix how to fix error abov, thank you!!

   First use the proper url for accessing your proxy externally "http://115.79.20.1/DotNet/proxy.ashx"

Next follow the instructions on the proxy resource page for adding your serverURL to the proxy.config.
