What are the requirement for learning about ArcGIS API for JavaScript ?
I looked at the ArcGIS API for JavaScript.
I am wondering if i should use the notepad or wordpad to copy the script and make some modify to the code . Is that what we do ?
I am curious is anyone out there has a good starting point for me to do some practice like doing an exercises from college courses ?
My goal for the 2015 is to learn this and then do the ArcGIS for Server but I am afraid that ESRI always changes every year when they released new software etc....
