Browser: Internet Explorer 8 (IE8)

When using browser print (CTRL+P) on any map with a GraphicsLayer in IE8, the graphics does not show up.
Take any GraphicsLayer sample in the ArcGIS JS API.

For example, the Closest Facility Sample print output (see attached PDF print output).  All the graphics are missing.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

just curious, do you have background printing enabled?

I've linked an old thread, which discussed about this issue, but does not work.
