new Bing base mapping in the JS API?

Microsoft recently updated their base mapping at http://www.bing.com/maps/ and it looks great. Further details are available at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg427610.aspx

Is this background mapping available from within the ArcGIS Server JS API? I'm currently using the method outlined at http://help.arcgis.com/EN/webapi/javascript/arcgis/help/jssamples_start.htm

The old basemap is still being used currently.  I would be very interested to hear from ESRI regarding if/when they will be able to use the new, much better, version.
