Hello, I am developing using the JavaScript 3.28 api, and am working on making my webpage responsive for touchscreen.
This page has content after the map, and the user needs to drag the page up (scroll). Initially the user would infinitely pan the map until I disabled pan, but now the user still cannot drag the page up (to scroll down the page).
Can someone in the community please offer suggestions for how to fix this?
