Mapserver not found

After installing JavaScript API and SDK , i tried to test my  installation but it throws the error - MapServer not found. Actually arcgis/rest/services/Folder/Custom_Base_Map/MapServer was not found. I don't know if i have done something wrong. Please what could be the solution to this error. Thanks

Your ArcGIS Server is not installed correctly and I am not sure what to tell you now. You will need to contact esri tech support and get you server installation fixed.

I feel so, because i am finding it difficult to publish 3D building..it successfully publish but cache failed. I guess the arcgis server is also affecting that..
