Looking for specific demo of esri javascript viewer

Hello, this is a long shot but....

Not a while ago I was browsing through some esri javascript samples and I've come across a nice javascript app from esri. It was all black and it sported a neat dgrid component (below the map, map was split horizontaly with adjustable splitter) which was filled according to the extent you were in. If anyone can point me out to that i'll be really grateful. Any good use of dgrid would also be useful.

I've noticed how many good examples from esri just seem to dissapear from the internet...(if anyone else remembers the nice example when the 4.0 beta 1 came out-the black one...its gone as well)

Are you referring to the FeatureTable widget?  Using FeatureTable | ArcGIS API for JavaScript

Thank you Steven this sample is somewhat helpful but not it.

The sample I was looking for had some sorts of tabs/buttons/pillows above which signified the feature layers in extent if you zoomed in further the tab count was smaller. I got a feeling its a web app builder template but now i cant find anything like it.
