Is there anywhere that provides a gallery or at least a list of themes that are useable for the Javascript API? I've googled around and tried a few that I've seen used in examples, but I'm sure there has to be some gallery or something somewhere.
Dojo has several themes you can use to define the general look of the dojo (and Esri) widgets. The available themes are: claro, tundra, soria and nihilo. You can get a good idea of the general characteristics of each theme using the Dijit Theme Tester:
