Label expression doesnt work

Hello everyone,

Im having a problem with a label expression in ArcMap that we have setted up.

As u can see, we added a label exp in VScript that works in Arcmap but when we go to the mapview that we made, the layer is showing the datetime in another way (not with the logic we put it the expression).

What could be happening?

Are you accessing that layer through a MapImageLayer or is it just coming from the web map?

   So you are adding this layer as a ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer? Do the labels appear properly when you just view the map using the REST end point

Yes i am.

In arcmap (after the configuration for the label) it is showing in the map like in the pic 1. (Thats what we want)

But after we go to our web app (adding it as ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer) the label is showing a different thing (pic 2)
