Is there any way to change the selection outline color on ArcGIS Online?

I need to change the cyan color of the selection outline on ArcGIS Online and I have tried the codes listed in a few older posts but have been unsuccessful so far.

  There is no ability to customize the popup selection color when using AGOL.
