implementing the traffic layer with arcgis enterprise accounts

Good evening,
I have a question about the implementation of the traffic layer.
I have on a company arcgis server an arcgis enterprise account with which I have already created several featureLayers for an application created with the Javascript SDK.
The problem is that I am unable to access the traffic layer because it requires Arcgis Online or Arcgis Developer credentials which I do not have.
Is there any way to access this layer with an enterprise subscription?
