I am looking for information with regards to giving my users the ability to perform geoprocessing tasks using my web application. I am using JavaScript API and would like the user to be able to perform "Hotspot Analysis" on the active layer. However, I would like the user to control parameters of the tool. I am planning on building a custom window to hold all necessary parameters to send to the geoprocessing task.
I have tried to find information regarding this and understand how to publish the task to my server, but implementing it in a custom web app is a mystery to me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
