How to implement point clustering in the JavaScript API

Is it possible to implement point clustering in the JavaScript API? If so can you please point me to a sample or the API reference?

This clusterLayer code is not working with ArcGIS 3.1 compact version. Is there any new version available?

Glad to help...post back if you do something cool. There aren't many examples of esri JS API apps doing clustering.
