How to create Feature-hyperlinks?

I’m interested how to create feature-hyperlinks to several directories (e.g. PDF-Files). Has someone an idea?

Konrad,

   A little more detail on your desired workflow for the hyperlinks would be helpful. Your app currently has links to PDFs for individual features so I am not sure what you are asking.
