How do I add Freehand to the drawing tool template in a hosted feature service?

How do I add freehand to the drawing tool template in a hosted feature service? 

My goal is to use the freehand tool every time I add a line, as is done in this example.  It looks like in that example they reference a service where the freehand tool is already predefined in this service.
