help for determining the map center and zoom level

since this sample was always so helpful to me to create extents to pass in map constructors, i thought i'd write a small app which streamlines the already vastly simplied process at 3.3 as well.

the app just displays the current center and zoom level in format that you can copy and paste straight into your own application.
