I'm looking for an example of GeoRSS integrated directly into a JavaScript webmapping application.

I would like to serve a feed like this http://georss.ansur.no/simple/georss_with_link_tag.xml without using a mxd and a mapservice.

Is there a way to do that ? If yes, could you provide me some sample ?

GeoRSS is XML so a good place to start would be the Data Access - XML Data sample. You'll need to use a proxy page if you're app is not running on the ansur.no domain.
