Export Web Map Task Error: 'unable to connect to map server'

Hello, i'm set on my arcgis server printing tools, but then i test it, show error
SEVERE 13.05.2013 14:10:07 Error executing tool. Print/PrintingServices.GPServer
SEVERE 13.05.2013 14:10:07 Layer "layer1": Unable to connect to map server at http://oiv.gis.ugatu.ac.ru:6080/arcgis/rest/services/OIV/RB100/MapServer. Failed to execute (ExportWebMap). Failed to execute (Export Web Map). Print/PrintingServices.GPServer

P.S. I'm use proxy on my server.

Did you ever figure this out.  I am getting the same error.

This error usually occurs when the Server where the PrintServices is hosted is not able to access the server/service for the layer. This could be due to various reason, firewall or proxy settings etc. Contact you Network administrator to understand the right reason. Also ensure you are using the correct protocol http/https and the server has been configured for that.
