I am trying to render military symbology using a DictionaryRenderer and the supplied military symbology hosted on AGOL (https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/7842f07fabbf48a4b768fc5aa66dc5b7) and this works fine. However, my application isn't guaranteed to have internet connection. Is there a way to host these files locally or use a stylex file directly?
