Hello all,

I am trying to understand a limitation as it seems to be reason relating to an issue in a custom app I have. I read from the documentation that when SAML is configured, the default ArcGIS token expiration is 120 minutes, and this is hardcoded? (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/specify-the-default-token-expirati...).

The issue - User is getting booted out after 2 hours and they are required to sign in again.

Is it what it is or am I interpreting this wrong.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @NZGIS. From the doc, it looks like the default value for the ArcGIS token is 120 minutes (2 hours). But this should be configurable for the admin: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/11.4/administer/windows/specify-the-default-token-expiration...

You might also get some good responses if you post your question in the Enterprise channel:
