CSV Mapping - JavaScript/Flex Viewer

Is there anyway in using a dojo widget just like (http://help.arcgis.com/EN/webapi/javascript/arcgis/help/jssamples_start.htm#jssamples/ags_mapwithtab...
as a custom widget in the ArcGIS flex viewer? If not, any flex viewer alternative widget doing the same functionality, i.e., projecting coordinates saved in a csv file on maps?
