Changing Properties of Table of Contents Widget for AGS JavaScript API

I would like to change the properties of a Table of Contents Widget for AGS JavaScript API (Namespace = agsjs).  I obtained a sample of this widget at the following URL:

I went to View->Source in Internet Browser and I saved the source code to my server.

I am using my own mapservice where I have certain layers such as group layers minimized in the source mxd.  The TOC widget, though, maximizes these layers in the TOC.  I want these layers to appear, by default, as they do in the source mxd.

Does anyone know how to achieve this goal?

Have you seen the latest version of the TOC Widget? This has some additional options that let you collapse layers.
