Bug with measure widget in IE10?

I'm using version 3.4 of the API and when I use the measurement widget in IE10 the flags marking the vertices are visible but the line between the points is not. If I remove "IE=10" from the X-UA-Compatible meta tag the widget functions correctly and the line draws. Has anyone else noticed a bug in IE10 that might cause this behavior?

Yep, I saw a similar problem with ArcGIS JS API version 3.4.

I use IE10 any tried the page http://developers.arcgis.com/en/javascript/samples/widget_measurement/, the measurement lines or polygons will be disappeared when I double click to finish action.
