I have the bookmark widget working fine, but I'm nor sure how to have the scale change as well as zooming to the selected bookmark. At this point I have used centroids of buildings as the coordinates, so I would assume that this would zoom the the lowest LOD, which is what I want, but this is not what happens.
Figured it out. I just changed it to four points, instead of two repeating x's and two repeating y's. I believe that it required a bounding box (even if the bounding box is extremely small), not simply one point repeated twice for each x and y location.
