Basemap Legend

In my basemap layer labels are created in form of annotation layers. I want to show the Legend without the annotation layers , it looks weird when Annotation layer and a black dot for annotation layers shows up in the legend. Is is possible to declare legend for only specific layers?

Unfortuantely not at the moment.  If you use the  layerInfos parameter you could specify all layers except that one. 

It would be nice if there was a layersToExclude paramter.
