ArcGIS server 10 with Google map API

Hi,

Whether we can able to use all arcgis server 10 functionality like timeslider ,etc by Google map API for javascript/flex. Or is there is another way to create an application using Google maps as a base map , what are all the limitations from arcgis server if we use Google map.

Its an urgent requirement ,Please do reply asap  based on this we are planning to migrate our existing application to google map.

Thanks for your reply, ArcGIS extension for the googlemaps api also has some limitations like timslider is not possible, i need to know what are all the arcgis functionality we cannot use the google ext api or is there is any other way.
