Any example of the proxy configuration whit wms layer

Hello everyone

I've been trying to use noaa wms in an app with javascript esri api, how ever, I have trobles with the proxy configuration, do you have any example of the proxy configuration about using esri.config.defaults.io.proxyUrl.
