4.30 - Clustering COUNT not CORRECT - BUG (codepen)

Hi all,

I'm upgrading ArcGis from 4.29 to 4.30 and I'm having some issues with clustering/featureReduction. It looks like the cluster_count property is not correct. 

Each time I'm updating  graphic_A via applyEdits (random time, random generated OBJECTID), it looks like when zooming out  the cluster count is different (differs from 1 to 2)

Action 1: Added GRAPHIC_A with some attrs

Action 2: When zooming in or out. The cluster count is 2 (but there's only one graphic added to the map). 

This functionality works on ArcGis 4.29. So I assume this is a BUG

Do you mind reaching out to Esri Support (support@esri.com) and reporting the issue there? That way we can get it logged in our system for tracking bugs and get it resolved as soon as possible.
