Enable editing of relations to parent features in the Editor widget

Background:
Different data models require users to establish relationships between data in various ways. For example, imagine a parcel belonging to a cadastral block where the user wants to be able to change the related cadastral block to a parcel and vice versa.
Today, the editor widget allows users to create, update or delete child elements related to a selected parent feature.
Problem:
However, the editor does not allow users to manage the relationship to a parent feature, related features are not visible inside the editor widget:
Idea:
Expand the Editor widget to support parent relationship editing alongside child element management.
