ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.9 and 3.26

i downloaded the api but it cant load feature layers. with the version on internet, its ok but when i use the local version, feature layers doens't load. how can i fix it?

moslem ansar‌, could you provide more details?  Does it work for all layers except featurelayes? Does it not work for any featurelayers?  Try for example some feature layers used in the samples. What does your code look like?

i was using java script 4.7 with angular and it was ok but since i change the api version to 4.9, layers load  and i can see them in layers list but they are not displaying on map. 

if i use the  api address, there is no problem but i want to download the api and use it locally on my own computer

Could you add tabindex="-1" to expandable widgets when they are not expanded? This would greatly improve accessibility.

Thanks Shakil Choudhury‌ for the suggestion.  In the next release (4.10), the Expand widget will be smarter about this and there won't be tabbing inside a closed Expand widget.
